Care Instructions
Here are some helpful care instructions for your lovely new items.
Washing + Drying your Items
Please wash and dry items on low heat or set out to dry. Each apparel item that is not embroidered is printed using the DTG (direct to garment) technique. This technique allows the ink to sink into the fabric causing the print on the item to last longer than other screen pressing methods.
This may also cause the print to look slightly faded on some items and this is considered normal for this type of printing technique.
Embroidered Items
Itchy Embroidery
For some people when they get a new embroidered piece it may feel like it is itchy. This is normal and due to the stabilizer that is placed underneath each embroidered area. The stabilizer is apart of all of our embroidered items and is put their in order to help the embroidery last longer. This is made softer after your first wash.
Puckering Embroidery
If you notice that your embroidered item is starting to pucker after multiple washes, a quick iron will help this to go away.
To iron the embroidered area: Use a cloth between the iron and the embroidery to avoid direct contact with the iron.
