Here are some frequently asked questions for our shop. If you are unable to find an answer to your question please reach out to us by way of email at rld-orders@outlook.com 

Am I responsible for Customs and Import taxes?

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

 Are cancellations accepted?

Yes, within 24 hours of the order been placed. After 24 hours the order will be produced and no refund or payment will be given to the purchaser. 

Do you do returns and exchanges?

If something is in correct or wrong with your order, we can help to get that fixed but we dont offer an exchange unfortunately. In regards to brand markings (RLD logo) the RLD logo will be present on most clothing in the nape or inside of the item. Not realizing the brand marking was present at the time of purchase is not grounds for a refund or a return.

Can I resell an item I purchased for myself on my shop?

I would kindly ask if you didn't resell an item that you purchased for your personal use or for gift purposes.

This includes purchases of:

Apparel Items

Home Decor

Digital Items

Etc.

If something is incorrect about my order, what do I do?

Send us an email at rld-orders@outlook.com and let me know and we will work it out. 😉

Can you add a gift message?

Unfortunately we cannot add gift messages for any order at the time.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure to ship your item to the correct address. Any reshipment or customs fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Any orders including incorrect shipping addresses due to customers' errors will not be refunded after shipped. If the shipping address needs to be changed, please reach out to correct it within 12 hours of the orders placement.
